We off to Cove Rotana in Ras Al Khama. My spelling might not be right. Ba!

In Dubai...

I am home chlling out, waiting for Dave to get back from the shoot.  Been thinking?  What is Car Warranty all about in Dubai?  Is it a rip of or should i get it? 

The Dude told me that if i got it, the warranty would cover anything that goes wrong with the car, eg the little nit bit things, like gear box, breaks, electrics of windows etc... mmm so what he is saying, give me 2100DHS, so that for the next 2 years, your car is covered.  but i must still pay 500-1150DHS every service?? which is like every two to three months apart...

Can someone please enlighten me?

AGAIN HOT AND COLD STUDIOS......
things ive done thus far....
-  taken car in for service
-  gone to French visa place and made it all the way in to teller and started process and had to STOP as I forgot my FREEKEN PASSPORT!!!  after i had already gone back home to fetch my Accueil... YUCK YUCK!!!  DOOORK!!!
-  Been to HQ (HeadQuarters) to get a few letters printed and tickets changed as i wont be going to France this month, next time for fingerprints is only 11 July!!! ha ha

So after all that running around and time wasted I decided to go search for Markies prezzie...  
I head to a book store to get a card and i get offered a new Rewards card... no card, just rewards...

Ok so what is this all about???  This apparently just uses your phone number as the card... Club Apparel is the "cardless loyalty program of Apparel Group which comprises of 35 brands and 275 stores across the UAE."  It works through your mobile device at the store through a loyalty terminal.  (its like a credit card machine, which you put your phone on it and it adds the points to the mobile number) I shall find out more and let you know....

Lazy days!

Sitting at Hot and Cold Studios watching my sexy man do his creative thang. Too much sexy.

I had a day planned to sort out my Schengen visa, and get my Marriage certificate attested for when my new Passport comes with my new surname. All very exciting. But have I managed to get out the house this morning! NOPE!

I was up early to make breakie for my hubby. Then did Pilates, the next level. Boy oh boy tomorrow I might be stiff. Ha!

Well. I shall keep you all posted on how the changing of Name in Dubai works. Mmmm. I just clicked. I'm going to have to change everything. Bank details, drivers, work passes as well at American Visas. Pop this could be a bit more work than I thought.

Today I checked my work website, called Portal, I have been changed on the system to a SFS (Senior Flight Steward). He he. Bring on the cash. And responsibility. Yeehaaa. Ben a very long journey. Started training as an SFS in October. And finally 15th June I graduated. Had my mom and dad in Dubai for a week and they were able to come to my graduation.

First Time Blogger

WOW I have actually started my blog!!!  I really should be finishing my studies, or even go shower... Mmm, I better go do that, have the family coming in a few... aia ia its 11h56 already!!!!

I will sit down tomorrow and give this blog thing a real squizz so I know what I'm getting myself into.  Think this could be fun :-)
